When appropriate, I can prescribe and manage medications to help reduce symptoms and support your recovery. I take time to explain options and answer any questions you may have so you feel comfortable every step of the way.
I incorporate evidence-based approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based strategies to help you develop insight, build coping skills, and create lasting change.
I start with an in-depth assessment to get a clear understanding of what you’re experiencing. From there, we create a treatment plan that’s tailored to your needs and goals.
I believe in caring for the whole person. Together, we can explore how nutrition, movement, stress management, sleep, and other lifestyle factors can support your mental and emotional health.
3. Personalized Care & Ongoing Support
Based on our evaluation, I’ll create a treatment plan tailored to you. From there, we’ll schedule follow-up visits to check in, adjust your care as needed, and manage any medications.
2. Initial Psychiatric Evaluation
If we decide to move forward, the next step is a 60–90 minute evaluation. I’ll take the time to understand your symptoms, history, and goals so I can get the full picture of your mental health needs.
